Shopper details, with consent
On Basic + Data Collection, shoppers give name, email and cell number before going online, with POPIA-aware consent captured at that moment. The list is yours to export for your mailer, with an easy unsubscribe.
Visitor numbers and repeat shoppers
Guest Insights shows connections and visitor counts by day, week and month, new versus returning shoppers, your busiest hours, and how long people stay connected. Enough to plan a staff roster around.
Your till network stays separate
Guests are kept off your own network, so the card machine, the stock system and the office PC are not sitting on the shopper WiFi.
Fair use, enforced
Time and bandwidth limits are set per access tier, so one shopper on a long download does not flatten the line for the queue at the counter.
Staff access handled too
Vouchers give staff, contractors and merchandisers their own access without a shared password doing the rounds of the centre.
Cost
From R399 per location per month, ex VAT.
Basic gives you the branded portal. Basic + Data Collection at R599 adds the shopper list. Basic + Data + Guest Insights at R799 adds the visitor and dwell numbers.
It is a fixed monthly fee with no usage-based costs, and you can cancel on one calendar month's written notice. Hardware and installation are quoted per site. We supply, set up and look after the equipment, and support runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 SAST.
