Do we get the guest details that are captured?

Yes, on the Basic + Data Collection package and above. Guests enter their name, email and cell number before going online, consent is captured at that moment, and the list is yours to export and use.

Is it only for large restaurant groups?

No. Single restaurants, cafes, bars and multi-site groups can all run Hotwireless guest WiFi.
